This rulemaking initiates nonemergency rulemaking to replace emergency rule (64ER19-3which amended  Rule 64-4.013, F.A.C.,  to add to existing requirements for certain pesticides registered with the U.S. EPA.  The new requirements include that the pesticide product label must expressly have directions for use on unspecified crops or unspecified plants, must expressly have directions for use on crops or plants intended for human consumption, and the active ingredient(s) in such pesticide are allowed for use on tobacco by the U.S. EPA.
