On November 26, 2024, the Department sent decision letters to the April 2023 MMTC Batching Cycle applicants.

Redactions were made pursuant to sections 119.071(3), 119.071(5), and 435.09, Florida Statutes, and the claimed exemptions indicated in Section 4.2, “Declaration of Exempt Information,” of the applications.
